OpenEMR 2.8.2 and FreeB 0.12 Released

OpenEMR version 2.8.2 and its companion FreeB 0.12 release are now available from SourceForge. These include about 70 improvements and bug fixes. Some highlights are:
- Many new encounter forms
- New reports: Collections report, Unique Seen Patients, Sales By Item, Receipts by Payment Method, Patient List, Patient Appointments
- New optional frame-based layout for improved workflow
- Added support for dispensing and inventory management of in-house drugs, and point-of-sale cash checkout
- Added general-purpose fax and scanner support
- New address book module, useful for referrals
- PHP5 and MySQL 5 compatibility
- Experimental X12 835 remittance processing for primary claims
- Changes to facilitate printing multiple prescriptions per page and adding prescriptions to the medication list
