Mr. Benson is a 72 year-old male presenting today with a(n) 8 hour
history of RUQ abdominal pain. This pain has
occurred before. He had a similar episode in 1972.
The pain is not associated with nausea or vomiting.
There has been diarrhea up to 4 times daily.
